I live in the Colorado mountains, but grew up on the Jersey shore. Every year I make a pilgrimage to the ocean - this year, multiple trips. To Cozumel, Fiji, Alaska and Albania. I swam with the sharks, drift dove by walls of coral, whale watched and bathed in the Ionian Sea after a long bike ride. My mind and senses are filled with the smells, the breeze, the colors, and the wonder I’ve experienced this year. In gratitude, I created these earrings.
